Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for tickets purchased through Ticketz2Buy.
Ticketz2Buy operates solely as a ticketing platform and payment facilitator. Each event listed on our platform is organised and delivered by an independent event organiser.
1. General Policy
All ticket purchases are considered final unless:
• The event is cancelled
• The event is materially changed (for example date or venue)
• A refund is required under UK consumer protection law
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to organiser approval, except where legally required.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organiser:
• Ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value
• Booking fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Ticketz2Buy will process refunds once formally instructed by the organiser or where legally required.
3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
• Tickets will remain valid for the new date
• Refunds may be offered at the organiser’s discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted within any timeframe specified by the organiser
Ticketz2Buy will only process refunds following written confirmation from the organiser or where legally required.
4. Booking Fees
A booking fee is applied per ticket for use of the Ticketz2Buy platform.
Booking fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must:

Full name used at purchase
Refund requests will be reviewed and referred to the event organiser where applicable.
No refund will be processed without organiser authorisation unless legally required.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Inability to attend
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to meet entry requirements
• Weather conditions unless the event is officially cancelled
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Investigation
• Suspension of ticket purchasing privileges
• Recovery of administrative costs
Ticketz2Buy reserves the right to contest unjustified payment disputes.
8. Platform Limitation of Liability
Ticketz2Buy acts solely as a ticketing platform.
We are not responsible for:
• Event performance or quality
• Venue conditions
• Artist cancellations
• Organiser decisions
• Event execution
All event-related liability remains with the organiser.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with ticket purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
